At Mac & PC Computer Repairs, many common repairs can be estimated based on the symptoms reported and our experience with similar repairs.
Where possible, we provide an upfront estimate before work begins. For more complex faults requiring testing, disassembly or detailed investigation, a diagnostic assessment may be required before an estimate can be provided.

Diagnostic fees are payable whether or not repairs proceed.

Workshop Based Repairs
Most residential repairs are completed at our Arundel workshop. This allows us to provide faster turnaround times and access to specialised tools, parts and diagnostic equipment.

Do you repair hardware and provide estimates?
Yes. We repair and upgrade Apple Macs, Windows PCs, laptops and All-in-One computers. Typical turnaround is 1–2 business days once parts are available, with many repairs completed sooner.
What are your remote support rates?
Remote support is charged at $220 per hour (inc GST) and billed in 6-minute increments. The minimum charge is $22.
Do you provide onsite support?
Yes. Business onsite consulting is available by appointment and charged at $220 per hour (inc GST). Travel charges may apply.
Do you provide insurance reports?
Yes. Insurance reports are available from $120 per device and can be supplied to support insurance claims.
Do I need an appointment?
